Snakeskin Print with OPI GelColor Never a Dulles Moment

Happy Black Friday! Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving yesterday and found some great deals today ;] I just got back on Wednesday from visiting New Orleans. It was a lot of fun and the food was some of the best food I've eaten in my life! I celebrated my 28th birthday yesterday on Thanksgiving, but I didn't get a chance to do birthday nails. Here's a snakeskin mani I did a couple months ago. I used OPI GelColor Never a Dulles Moment and stamped using MoYou London Pro 04 in Mundo de Unas Caramel.

Jack-O-Lantern Nails

Hi guys! Hope everyone had a fun weekend.  I'm sure a bunch of you guys did tons of fun things for Halloween. I went to a couple themed haunted houses and screamed my head off for most of the time so I'd say it was fun. Here's one of my Halloween manis I did this year. I used OPI My Gondola or Yours and stamped using MoYou London Festive 16 in Mundo de Unas Orange. The orange glitter is Zoya Pixie Dust Dhara.

OPI GelColor Galaxy Nails

Hey friends! Today I have some galaxy nails I'm quite proud of. I've been wanting to try out different methods with gel for awhile now, but I've been too chicken to try anything like a gradient in case it got all over the sides of my nails and skin. I decided to try out galaxy nails since I use a smaller piece of sponge and have less of a chance of getting gel on my skin.

I sponged on random spots using OPI GelColor Give Me Space, Oh My Majesty, Cosmo with a Twist, I'm in the Moon for Love, Let Your Love Shine and stamped using PUEEN 75 in Mundo De Unas White.

It doesn't look like I used all of those polishes, but it was really hard to photograph! I did my right hand first and sponged on the gel heavier, but thought it was going to look like too much and went lighter on my left hand. I should've just sponged on more. I'll do that next time since I finally got out of my comfort zone with gel.

OPI GelColor The I's Have It & MoYou London Fashionista 10

Hi everyone! Hope you all are having a great weekend. My nails finally grew out from my break and I'm back to square--my true love. Yay! For this mani I used OPI GelColor The I's Have It and stamped using MoYou London Fashionista 10 in Color Club Over the Moon. How gorgeous are these. Holo stamping over a creme is perfection!

OPI GelColor What's the Hatter with You & MoYou London Holy Shapes 03

Hi beauties! Sorry it's been awhile since my last post. I've been sick the last 2 weeks and haven't felt up to doing much. Here's a mani I did using a new stamping polish I got from Bundle Monster.

I used OPI GelColor What's the Hatter with You and stamped using MoYou London Holy Shapes 03 in Bundle Monster Nation's Treasure.

The stamping polish was okay. It seems like it's made up of fine glittery flakes rather than pigmented polish. I tried to use another stamping polish (I Bleed Blue) in the trio set it came in and I had difficulty getting it to pick up or transfer due to the glitter particles. You can purchase this polish here in the trio for $12.99.

Here's OPI GelColor Kitty White stamped using MoYou London Fashionista 17 in Mundo de Unas Black. Red is OPI GelColor 5 Apples Tall.

Hi polished friends! Today I have a mani with regular polish. Who am I even?! Here's OPI I Manicure for Beads stamped using MoYou London Tropical 02 in Mundo de Unas Nabu. This was a couple months back when my nails kept breaking and I had to round them =[ They're all better now though!

Kiesque Liquid Palisade Review

Today I have a review on Kiesque Liquid Palisade. This was the first product I saw when these nail barrier products came out and I really wanted to try it, but the price tag was a little to steep for me. When I was asked to review this product, I jumped at the opportunity! Liquid Palisade is a product you apply around your nails and cuticles for a mess and hassle free clean up. I chose to try it out with a gradient and some stamping.

After removing the Liquid Palisade. There's minimal clean up left. That's as good as it's going to get with a gradient and stamping!

I used OPI Let's Be Friends, Small + Cute =❤️,  & Look at my Bow and stamped using MoYou London Bridal 06 in Mundo de Unas Black.

Before trying out Liquid Palisade, I would use Liquid Latex that I purchased from Amazon. I liked liquid latex because you get a ton of product (4 oz) for about $9, but it dries super slow and I have to apply it with a Q-tip because it doesn't come with a brush and it also ruined a nail brush I tried to apply it with. Liquid Palisade is more expensive, but it applies so much easier with the brush that it comes with and dries so fast. The only cons about Liquid Palisade are that it's a bit pricey ($14 for 0.08 oz) and sometimes when you use it with stamping, removal of the LP takes a little bit of the stamped image along with it if it's near the sides of your nail. Other than that I really enjoyed using this product and I find myself using it more often than my Liquid Latex now. You can purchase this product here for $14.

OPI GelColor Fearlessly Alice & MoYou London Alice in Wonderland 04

Happy Friday! Here's a mani I did back in May. I was hoping to post it around the time Alice Through the Looking Glass came out, but I'm so bad at making time to sit down, edit my pics, and get stuff posted.

I used OPI GelColor Fearlessly Alice and stamped using MoYou London Alice in Wonderland 04 in MoYou London Beach House. It was my first time using a stamping polish from MYL. It was okay. It's a bit better than regular polish, but definitely doesn't meet Mundo de Unas standards. I'm not mad though because MYL plates are everything!

OPI New Orleans Water Marble

Hi beauties! Sorry it's been awhile. I was really busy on the weekends last month and I also went on vacation to Cancun with Mr. Heartnat. We had a great time getting spoiled at the resort we stayed at, exploring Chitzen Itza, and partying at Coco Bongo!

Today I have a water marble I did back in May. I tried using a new topcoat, Poshe, to see if it would make my polish last longer than Seche Vite. It didn't last longer for me and it smudged my water marble since it's not as thick and easy to float on the nail. I've smudged water marbles with Seche, it was just a bit worse with this one. I used OPI Crawfishin' for a Compliment, Suzi Nails New Orleans, Spare Me a French Quarter, and She's a Bad Mufaletta. I'm not crazy about how this turned out, but I like the colors together.

Bundle Monster Festival Stamping Plate Collection--Review

Hi festival go-ers! Today I have a stamping collection that's just for you--the Festival Stamping Plate Collection from Bundle Monster. There's 10 small square plates with tons of images to choose from.

OPI GelColor Super Cute in Pink stamped using BM-S301 in Mundo de Unas Aqua

OPI Suzi Nails New Orleans stamped using BM-S308 in all 6 Bundle Monster Weekend Warrior polishes

I loved this collection! I'm not a festival go-er myself, but I definitely felt Coachella vibes with these fun images on my nails. I was worried that I would have some difficulty picking up or transferring the intricate lines of the images, but I'm happy to report I didn't have any issues. Get your set here for $14.99 or here individually for $2.49 each.

Bundle Monster Weekend Warrior Creative Art Stamping Polishes--Review

Good morning beauties! Today I have the Weekend Warrior stamping polishes from Bundle Monster to review for you. There are 6 polishes in this set including a coral red (Rose Garden), orange (Teepee Tipping), yellow (Gobi You), neon green (Empire Club), sky blue (Astronomical), and purple (El Dorado). The consistency was very thick and stringy, but pigmentation was great. I stamped over OPI Suzi Nails New Orleans using Bundle Monster BM-S308 with all 6 Weekend Warrior polishes. I was pleased with the transfer and pigmentation, but when I topcoated, the purple bled. I was pretty bummed about that, but I'lll still be giving these another try. You can purchase these here for $19.99 or purchase them individually here for $4.99 each.

OPI My Twin Mimmy & MoYou London Holy Shapes 03

Happy Sunday! Here's OPI My Twin Mimmy stamped using MoYou London Holy Shapes 03 in Mundo de Unas Black. My ring finger has OPI Never Have Too Mani Friends. I got perfect placement using Fab Ur Nails clear stamper and I absolutely love it! I would normally avoid using an image like this over regular polish, but I did it and I got the placement down perfectly on my first try. The stamper firmness is halfway between firm and squishy. The only thing I had to get used to is that this works best to stamp straight up and down because I usually stamp by rolling. Thanks Johanne for letting me try this stamper! You can purchase it here from her online shop.

OPI New Orleans Saran Wrap Marble

Happy 1st day of Spring! I had a fun-filled weekend on Friday & Saturday. Mr. Heartnat, a couple friends, and I went to LA to go to a Suns vs Lakers game and while we were there we did some tourist-y things like visit LACMA, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, TCL Chinese theater, and go shopping. Today was an awesome lazy Sunday! Anywhoo, here's this cool saran wrap smush marble I did a few weeks ago with OPI Let Me Bayou a Drink, OPI Humidi-Tea, and OPI Take a Right on Bourbon. I like how delicate this turned out.
